Frequently asked questions

Membership & access

Is the site free to read?+

Most of our content is free, including reviews, build guides and esports coverage. Deep patch and meta breakdowns sit behind a CA$6/month membership that keeps the site independent and ad-light.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?+

Yes, memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, ever.

Editorial & pitches

How do you keep reviews unbiased?+

We buy the majority of games we review and disclose any review codes clearly at the top of each article. No score is negotiated, and no publisher gets to preview our verdict. Our income comes from memberships, not sponsored coverage.

Can I pitch a story or guide?+

Absolutely. We commission freelance guides and features from players across Canada. Send a short pitch through the contact form below and our editors reply within five business days with rates and scope.
